In February, Legal & General America rebranded to the Banner Life family of companies. With the change in name comes a change in forms. All LGA forms will be sunset on May 1, 2026. That means no LGA-branded forms will be accepted after April 30, 2026.

You can find all the newly branded forms on Partner Dashboard. Please use the available forms to replace all your existing LGA-branded materials.
